Bourns SMxJ TVS Diodes also provide power dissipation of 400W (SMAJ), 600W (SMA6J and SMBJ), and 1500W (SMCJ). The devices comply with IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (min. Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 surge industry standards.
