CDDFN6-3312P Surface-Mount TVS Diode Array Bourns CDDFN6-3312P Surface-Mount TVS Diode Array provides ESD, CDE, and EFT protection in ultra-high-speed communication ports and sensitive transceiver applications. This transient voltage suppressor array comes in a DFN6 package that measures 1mm x 1.2mm x 0.45mm. It utilizes a flow-through layout to have a minimal effect on impedance, which is a critical requirement for ultra-high-speed ports such as HDMI 2.1 and USB 3.1. It has a 3.3V working peak reverse voltage and 4.5V minimum breakdown voltage. Bourns CDDFN6-3312P Surface-Mount TVS Diode Array offers ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.04pF between I/O lines. This feature allows the array to be used for protecting sensitive components used on high-speed interfaces.
