SP1020 & SP1021 TVS Diode Arrays Littelfuse SP1020 and SP1021 TVS Diode Arrays feature back-to-back Zener diodes fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology. The back-to-back configuration provides symmetrical ESD protection for data lines when AC signals are present. These bidirectional discrete TVS devices protect electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The robust diodes safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. The SP1020 module offers 20pF capacitance and the SP1020 has 6pF. Both are RoHS compliant, halogen free, and lead free with a tiny 01005 footprint.
