SC1103C-01UTG Bidirectional TVS Diode Littelfuse SC1103C-01UTG Bidirectional TVS Diode is fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology. This helps in protecting each I/O pin to provide a high level of protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive Electrostatic Discharges (ESD). The SC1103C-01UTG TVS diode offers low clamping voltage, low leakage current, and Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL -1). This robust diode can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation. The SC1103C-01UTG TVS diode is capable of safely dissipating 80A of 8/20μs surge current (IEC 61000-4-5, 2nd edition) with very low clamping voltages. Typical applications include switches and buttons, test equipment, instrumentation, Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals, medical equipment, desktops, and computer peripherals.
