These diodes provide ultra-low capacitance, a bidirectional design, and a high level of protection for electrical equipment vulnerable to destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The low capacitance rating helps ensure excellent signal integrity on even the most challenging consumer electronic interfaces. Littelfuse AQ31xE-01ETG Bidirectional TVS Diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV without performance degradation and safely dissipate 3A or 3.5A of 8/20µs surge current.
