    AQ24COME-02HTG Bidirectional TVS Diode Littelfuse AQ24COME-02HTG Bidirectional TVS Diode provides a high Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection level for electronic equipment. This TVS diode can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. The AQ24COME-02HTG TVS diode safely dissipates a 9A 8/20μs surge current (IEC 61000-4-5, 2nd edition) and is fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology. This TVS diode operates from -40°C to 150°C temperature range. Typical applications include automotive, ADAS control units, body control units, CAN bus, factory automation, lighting control (DALI), power train control units, and sensor protection.
