    Description
    AQ1205-01ETG Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diode Littelfuse AQ1205-01ETG Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diode provides a high electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection level for electronic equipment. This TVS diode can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. The AQ1205-01ETG diode is fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology and offers a low leakage current of 20nA at 5V. This AEC-Q101 Qualified and PPAP capable TVS diode can safely dissipate a 7A 8/20μs surge event as defined in IEC 61000-4-5, 2nd Edition. Typical applications include switches and buttons, test equipment, instrumentation, Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals, medical equipment, desktops, automotive, and computer peripherals.
