These diodes feature low inductance, low leakage current, and excellent voltage clamping capability. The 6KPxxH diodes leverage a V-Groove interlock and dimple design that offers high reliability. These TVS diodes are available in a broad range of footprints designed with the P-600/R-6 package. The 6KPxxH diodes operate from 15V to 43V voltage range and -55°C to 150°C temperature range. Typical applications include networking systems and body electronics, ADAS and safety systems, automotive lighting, and battery management systems.
