D24V0L1B2LPSQ features 1-channel ESD protection and sidewall plating for optical inspection. The devices also hosts an ultra-small form factor in a low profile package providing low channel input capacitance preventing data degradation. D24V0L1B2LPSQ TVS Diodes protect CAN and LIN two-wire communications busses in automobiles from voltage transients critical to their reliability and safety. These low-capacitance, 15pF devices with 0.2Ω dynamic resistance deliver sharper triggering than Zener diodes or varistors to provide a superior protection solution. With a rated standoff voltage of 24V, D24V0L1B2LPSQ withstands air discharge and contact electrostatic discharges of up to 30kV, far exceeding the requirements of the IEC61000-4-2 standard.Learn More
