15KPA-SD-Q TVS Diodes Bourns 15KPA-SD-Q AEC-Q101-Compliant TVS Diodes are designed for use in DC bus clamping applications. The series is also ideal for the protection of sensitive electronic components against overvoltage transients. Bourns 15KPA-SD-Q TVS Diodes offer superior performance with a high peak pulse power (10/1000μs) rating of 15kW and a high peak pulse current (8/20μs) rating of 1kA. These diodes also achieve lower clamping voltage under surge, better performance stability, and increased reliability compared to competing MOV technology.
