THE TAPE MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ECE 104 STANDARD The ECE 104 regulation provides guidelines for safety markings in the form of reflective lines and contours/outlines on vehicles carrying heavy loads and their trailers, which give drivers additional time to react during approaching heavy vehicles (HGV) at night or in conditions of poor visibility.
