ERGO TRANSPORT BELT TENSIONER 0.5M/50MM/5T - 500 daN 500 daN belts, i.e. ERGO belts differ from the standard belt with a 50 mm tensioner in the size and construction of the tensioner. A larger, more durable tensioner with a longer lever allows for better belt tension parameters, which means pressing the load more firmly to the ground, and thus immobilizing it more effectively.

Such load securing is required mainly in Western Europe (Germany and Austria).

A longer lever and a stronger tensioner allow the belt to be tightened more tightly than in standard belts with the same force. . The value of 500 daN means that the load will be pressed to the ground with a force of 500 daN, i.e. 500 kg. The value of the STF parameter of standard 50 mm tensioners ranges from 300 to 400 daN (depends on the manufacturer).
