ERGO Transport Belt Set with Automatic 8M/50MM/5T - 500 daN 500 daN belts, i.e. ERGO belts. They differ in size and construction of the tensioner from a standard belt with a 50 mm tensioner. A longer lever and a stronger tensioner allow the belt to be tightened more strongly than in standard belts using the same force. . The value of 500 daN means that the load will be pressed to the ground with a force of 500 daN, i.e. 500 kg. The STF parameter value of standard 50 mm tensioners ranges from 300 to 400 daN (depends on the manufacturer).

A larger, more durable tensioner with a longer lever allows for better strap tension parameters, which means the load is pressed more strongly to the ground, and thus more effectively immobilizes it.
