Ergo transport belt

ERGO Transport Belt Set with Automatic 10M/50MM/5T - 500daN 500 daN belts, i.e. ERGO belts, differ from the standard belt with a 50mm tensioner in the size and construction of the tensioner.

A longer lever and a stronger tensioner allow the belt to be tightened more tightly than with standard belts using the same force. The value of 500 daN means that the load will be pressed to the ground with a force of 500 daN, i.e. 500 kg. The value of the STF parameter of standard 50 mm tensioners ranges from 300 to 400 daN (depends on the manufacturer).

Larger, more durable tensioner With a longer lever, it allows for better belt tension parameters, which means pressing the load more strongly to the ground, and thus immobilizing it more effectively.

Such load securing is required mainly in Western Europe (Germany and Austria).
