Cyanoacrylate glue HYSOFIX 701 - 50g HYSOFIX 701 is a new generation glue with triple distillation. Adhesive based on modified methylcyanoacrylate intended for joining a wide group of materials: metal, wood, porcelain, glass, ceramics, rubber, cork, paper, stone, PVC (gluing tarpaulins, banners) and other materials and combinations of these materials.
Adhesive particularly suitable for joining small parts.
The adhesive has good resistance to fatigue, very high shear and tensile strength
How to use the glue correctly?Glued parts must be joined quickly because the adhesive's shelf life is very short.
Air humidity is generally sufficient to initiate hardening in a few seconds and achieve manual strength (full mechanical strength and chemical resistance is achieved only after 24 hours).
The best results are obtained at a relative air humidity of 40 -60%.
Activators should be used to speed up the polymerization and hardening process.
The size of the gap also has a significant impact on the speed of hardening (the larger the gap, the slower the glue sets) and the type of glued materials.

Preparation:The elements to be joined should be thoroughly clean the remnants of old glue and degrease well, preferably with REINIGER remover. HYSOFIX 701 glue should be applied sparingly to one of the glued surfaces and quickly press the bonded parts.
When bonding non-bondable materials (polyolefins), the surface of the material should be activated with AKTYWATOR C.
The glue itself can be activated with AKTYWATOR C, which accelerates the action of the glue. and hardens its excess. We use the activator to moisten the glue in the joint or to moisten the joint surfaces before gluing and after it dries, we glue.
The activation process can be repeated many times by applying subsequent layers of glue. In this way, you can obtain a thick joint (as in the case of epoxy resins) with high hardness, mechanical strength and a very short setting time.
It is not recommended to use this product for devices with pure oxygen, chlorine or other strongly oxidizing substances.
