Dekaphon 9735 underbody protection spray

PRODUCT

Dekaphon 9735 is a durable protective coating with anti-corrosion properties. Dekaphon 9735 is also used in underbody protection. Designed specifically for wooden floor panels used in the construction of caravans, campers, recreational vehicles (RVs). Dekaphon 9735 has excellent soundproofing properties. After drying, a strong, resistant film remains.

APPLICATIONS

Dekaphon 9735 is used as a protective underbody coating to protect wooden floor panels, e.g. plywood. Dekaphon 9735 is also used in anti-corrosion protection, for example for the chassis of caravans, campers, wheel housings in cars, trucks and coaches. Due to its wide application, it is used in:

ADHESION

Adheres very well (without special pre-treatment) to clean, dry, dust-free and degreased surface. It is advisable to test adhesion on other materials.

HOW TO USE

Shake before use. The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, degreased, free of rust and dust. The optimal spraying distance is approximately 30 cm. Spray the surface with Dekaphon 9735 until the appropriate layer thickness is achieved. Clean tools with solvent after use. A 0.5l container is enough for 1.25 m2 of surface area.

STABILITY DURING STORAGE

The product can be stored at temperatures from 10 to 30° C. The packaging must be protected against direct exposure to rays sun and heat. The product can be stored for 2 years in closed original packaging.
