Description
Complete gas reducer connection set with a safety valve and a 50 mbar pressure gauge with a capacity of 1.5 kg/h with a 1/4' left external thread [about 13 mm] + a 2 m long propane-butane gas hose with ferruled 2 X 1/4' connectors . Used for any type of cylinder equipped with a valve with manual opening and a 21.8 , GZ 1/4' L

1. The gas regulator is intended for home use and complies with the EN16129 standard.

2. Used for any type of cylinder equipped with a valve with manual opening and a 21.8 x 1.14L connection.

3. Used to supply devices with gas at the pressure indicated on the nameplate.

4. The reducer has a manometer indicating the current pressure in the cylinder.

5. It has a safety valve that is activated in cases where the gas device has a higher level of gas consumption than the reducer can handle or there is a break in the pipe.

The use of a pressure gauge is mainly intended to check the tightness of the installation.

The pressure gauge enables a tightness test to be performed during the installation of a new installation and indicates a low gas level in the cylinder.

To perform a leak test, follow the steps below:

- install your system,

- then unscrew the cylinder valve,

- fill the hose with gas,

- close the cylinder valve and "stop" the gas in the hose .

At this point the gas is in the system. If the system is gas-tight, the pointer on the pressure gauge will remain motionless. In the event of a leak, the needle will slowly move towards zero.

In this case, the user will have to find the leak with soapy water and then repair it.

An additional advantage of the pressure gauge is that it only informs about the low gas level.

The actual gas level can be observed as below:

- blue: cylinder empty, no more liquid gas. Do not use the cylinder until it is full.

- yellow: early warning - plan to refill as soon as possible. The estimated gas level allows for use for 1-2 hours. Pressure in the cylinder greater than 1 bar.

- green: sufficient gas level in the cylinder. Ready to work. Estimated gas consumption in hours. Pressure in the cylinder from 1 to 12 bar.

The pressure gauge does not indicate the exact level of liquid gas, but it informs you about the need to replace the cylinder soon.

This allows you to make sure that the cylinder is empty and not replace the cylinder that is still filled with gas.

Advantages of the new reducer with pressure gauge:

• better impact resistance (during use or transport), the pressure gauge body is much harder and is equipped with a transparent plastic protective cap (must be removed after installation),

• better corrosion resistance,

• rotates 360 degrees and is always in a readable position,

• the total length of the regulator is reduced,

It can be used for cylinders with a nominal gas content of 11 kg and 33 kg
