black transportation belt with a tensioner - characteristics Two-piece black transportation belt with a tensioner of 5 tons and a belt width of 50 mm is mainly used to secure stage facilities and heavy loads during transport on trucks. It is used wherever transport belts with a belt width of 25 mm and 35 mm are not suitable due to their insufficient strength.

The black transport belt with a tensioner for 5 tons is made of two parts: a short one - which has a tensioner and is finished with a hook. , and long - ending with a hook on one side. To properly immobilize the load, two attachment points are necessary to attach the belt hooks. These may be points with a load-to-ground relationship in the case of simple belt fastening or a ground-to-ground relationship in the case of lashing. After connecting its two parts, it is tensioned using a tensioner.

SHF – standard hand force, i.e. nominal manual force. This is the maximum tensioning force using the operator's hand at which the tensioner will not be damaged. STF – standard tension force, i.e. the nominal tension force. This is the force with which the load will be pressed to the ground. This value depends on the design of the tensioner. LGL – this is the actual length of the transport belt along with its elements such as hooks and the tensioner.
