The first bearings left the factory in 1949, and since then there has been a continuous, dynamic development of the production of piston bearings. At that time, the rapidly growing demand for bearings in the country and the possibility of selling them on foreign markets favored the further development of the factory.

In 2013, FŁT Kraśnik, with the help of ZXY Luxembourg Inwestment Sarl based in Luxembourg, was taken over by the Chinese company Tri-Ring Group Corporation, supervised and administered by the State Government Commission of the People's Republic of China.
