Format - stainless steel sheet.
As the term 'stainless steel' itself indicates, the 1.4016 / H17 steel alloy is characterized by good anti-corrosion properties. It is resistant to water, moisture, steam, alcohol, weak acids (nitric, acids present in food products), glues, fats, urea, nitrates, calcium chloride. However, hydrochloric, sulfuric and hydrofluoric acids have a destructive effect on the surface of the sheet. This is a type of steel that is difficult to weld, with lower plastic properties (especially during cold working at temperatures below 20°C) and not very high strength parameters. It is a ferritic steel, and therefore magnetic, it will be attracted by a magnet. It is relatively ductile, soft, ideal for polishing, susceptible to machining.
