Tin-phosphorus bronze B101/CuSn10P is characterized by good strength parameters, resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and many chemicals, including tolerance to some acids. It is susceptible to machining and very castable, it also has decent self-lubricating properties. Suitable for soldering and welding. The above features make it a valuable raw material for the production of machine elements, including bushings, bearings and shafts, and fittings. It is an ideal candidate for manufacturing parts operating at high speeds, heavily loaded, difficult to access, exposed to corrosion and rarely lubricated.
