60RPM 6V N20E - miniature motor with gear and encoder
Description A small motor with a metal gear with a D-shaped shaft with a diameter of 3 mm and a length of approx. 10 mm. The motor is equipped with an incremental encoder. The recommended operating voltage of the motor is 6 V and at this voltage it reaches a speed of 60 RPM and a maximum torque of 1.7 kg*cm, drawing a current from 0.054 A to 0.59 A.
Features Motor type: medium power (MP)
Gear ratio: 250:1
Supply voltage: 3-9 V
Speed: 60 RPM
Maximum torque: 1.7 kg*cm
Minimum current consumption: 0.054 A
Maximum current consumption: 0.59 A
Incremental encoder
Attention!
Overloading the motor can destroy the gear or shorten its service life. It is recommended not to exceed the load and 1 kg*cm. The motor shaft should not be blocked, as this can damage the gear. It is recommended to supply the motors with a current equal to or less than 25% of the specified maximum current.
Supply voltage The recommended supply voltage for the motors is 6 V, but the motors operate without any problems in the range from 3 V to 9 V. It is possible to supply the motor with a higher voltage, but this is associated with a shorter motor life.
Dimensions and weight All N20E motors have the same dimensions. The metal gear housing has two threaded holes for M1.6 screws (1.6 mm in diameter, 0.35 mm pitch). The motors weigh approx. 14 g.
