Schaudt WA 121525 battery charging booster The Schaudt Booster camper battery charging booster is used for optimal charging of lead-acid, gel, AGM and 12 V lithium batteries while driving (regardless of the alternator voltage). The use of an amplifier is absolutely necessary for alternators with energy-saving charging strategies (Euro 6) because the charging voltage varies significantly (12.6 - 15.0 V). With conventional alternators, battery charging in the living room can also be improved with the WA 121525 amplifier. For AGM batteries, which require a charging voltage of 14.7 V, an amplifier is necessary. Booster WA 121525 is a clocked step-up/step-down converter that balances alternator voltage fluctuations and ensures high charging current.
