If you want to return the old battery, please let us know in the order notes. In this case:

We will send you the new battery in a returnable plastic container.

After receiving it, put the old battery in the container and secure it using the materials from the package.

Let us know when you are ready to collect the return shipment.

We order at our expense the courier who will collect the parcel. We send a consignment note to your e-mail address, which you need to stick on the lid of the container.

The courier collects the old battery and delivers it to us.

After delivering your old battery to us, we refund PLN 30 to your account (through the partial price refund system in Allegro, or to the indicated account number, if you wish otherwise).
