About the manufacturer SIMENA is a 'Simena' cooperative located in Radzyń Podlaski in the Lublin Voivodeship (58 km from Lublin), established in 1977 based on cooperation with MERA-PNEFAL in Falenica, where car thermostats were produced.

In 1979, the first development concept for the Cooperative was developed and on its basis, new production lines were launched, i.e. the production of sensors and hydraulic connectors for the automotive industry, and then the production of P40-14 and P40-15 buttons and drill chucks.
