N24C02Ux CMOS Serial EEPROMs onsemi N24C02Ux CMOS Serial EEPROMs are 2kB I2C devices organized internally as 16 pages of 16 bytes each. These EEPROMs operate at 1.7V/1.6V to 5.5V supply voltage, provide more than 1,000,000 program/erase cycles, and can address up to eight N24C02Ux devices. The N24C02Ux EEPROMs are lead-free, halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and have Schmitt triggers and noise suppression filters on I2C bus inputs. Features include fast write time (4ms max), hardware write protection, 100-year data retention, and US 8-lead package. Applications include parameters and configuration non-volatile storage, data and code storage, automotive systems, modems/wireless LANs, industrial controls, and printers.
