The SPI Automotive Temperature Serial EEPROMs are enabled through the Chip Select pin (CS) and can be accessed via a 3-wire interface. The 3-wire interface consists of a Serial Clock (SCK), Serial Data Input (SI), and Serial Data Output (SO). These EEPROMs are available in space-saving 8-lead JEDEC SOIC, 8-pad UDFN, and 8-lead TSSOP packages.
