This EEPROM features a 256Byte page write mode, a wide limit of 1.7V to 5.5V operating voltage range, and 1MHz possible operation. The BR24G1Mx-5A EEPROM incorporates all controls through 2 Ports of Serial Clock (SCL) and Serial Data (SDA). This device prevents data miswriting at low voltage using the Write Protect (WP) function. The BR24G1Mx-5A I²C Bus EEPROM offers 4 million writing cycles, 3.5ms write cycle time, and 200 years of data retention period.
