The BR24G1Mx-5A EEPROM features a wide 1.7V to 5.5V operating voltage and a 1MHz (typical) operating frequency. These devices have a 256-byte page write mode and a bit format of 128K x 8-bit. BR24G1Mx-5A Series EEPROM offer low current consumption, integrated write protection, and low-voltage miswrite prevention.
