NV25xx0 Automotive Grade-0 EEPROM onsemi NV25080, NV25160, NV25320, and NV25640 Automotive Grade-0 EEPROM are AEC-Q100 Grade 0 devices offered in 8Kb, 16Kb, 32Kb, and 64Kb densities, internally organized as 1K, 2K, 4K, and 8K x 8 bits. These devices support the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) protocol and feature a 32-byte page write buffer. The NV25xx0 EEPROM devices are enabled through a Chip Select (CS) input. The required bus signals are a clock input (SCK), data input (SI), and data output (SO) lines. The HOLD input may be used to pause any serial communication with the NV25xx0 device.
