HA-1180 V-belt Normal-profile V-belts are used in V-belt transmission.

In cross-section, they have the shape of an isosceles trapezoid,

which ensures a high value of friction force with low belt pretension

and very good cooperation between the belt and the pulleys.

Properties Morga V-belts with "A" profile are made of rubber based on caoutchoucs with good compression resistance and high flexibility. The belt core is made of rubber mixtures with textile filling providing additional deformation strength and compression resistance. Additional wraps with cotton-polyester fabric with high elasticity and low abrasion increase the life of the belts.
