Hardened sprocket with a flange hub 06B-1 (R1 3/8) Z-16 Waryński Universal chain sprocket with a hub with a hole for turning. Suitable for chains standard PN77/M-84168, DIN 8187, ISO 606

Increased abrasion resistance. Induction hardening of teeth makes the wheels last longer and are more resistant to abrasion. This process takes place under special supervision, thanks to which ideal parameters of the furnace and cooling liquid are ensured.

Extended service life. This is due to the precision of the teeth, pitch and pitch diameter, thanks to which the chain cooperates with the wheel without unnecessary resistance. This prevents abrasion of the rollers and stretching and damage of the chains.

Increased resistance to cracking. All wheels are made of high-carbon steel. Very good cooperation with Waryński chains. Accurate and repeatable distances between the teeth ensure that the chain fits perfectly on the wheel, thus not damaging the chain.
