BAV99DWQ Surface Mount Switching Diode Array Diodes Incorporated BAV99DWQ Surface Mount Switching Diode Array is a small surface mount package with fast switching speed. These switching diode Arrays have two 'BAV99' circuits in one package and low reverse recovery time for fast switching. The BAV99DWQ diode arrays are qualified to AEC-Q101 standard and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) capable. The moisture sensitivity of these arrays is of level 1 as per J-STD-020 standard. The surface mount switching diode arrays are free from lead, halogen, and antimony. These arrays from Diodes Incorporated are available in the SOT363 package.
