Resistor Equipped Transistors (RETs) Nexperia Resistor Equipped Transistors (RETs) are space and cost-saving solutions that reduce component count and simplify circuit design. These transistors are AEC-Q101 qualified and feature built-in bias resistors. These RETs are available in various variants including new 80V RETs, 50V RETs, and performance-based RETs.
