ISO6521REUR Dual-Channel Functional Isolator Texas Instruments ISO6521REUR Dual-Channel Functional Isolator is a high-performance device with an isolation barrier that supports a 200VRMS/280VDC working voltage and 570VRMS/800VDC transient overvoltage. This digital isolator offers high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption. The ISO6521REUR isolator prevents noise currents on data buses, such as SPI, UART, RS-232, RS-485, and CAN from damaging sensitive circuits. This isolator features a 50Mbps data rate, 1.71V to 5.5V level translation, and 11ns typical low propagation delay at 3.3V.
