The MAX22420/1 offer reinforced isolation with a withstand voltage rating of 3kVRMS for 60 seconds. Meanwhile, the MAX22820/1 feature reinforced isolation with a withstand voltage rating of 5kVRMS for 60 seconds. All the devices operate at an ambient temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
