VQA3-S & VQA3S-S DC-DC Converters CUI Inc VQA3-S and VQA3S-S DC-DC Converters are 3W devices with reinforced insulation and common-mode transient isolation (CMTI) of >,200kV/µs. VQA3-S is designed for IGBT driver applications, while VQA3S-S targets SiC driver applications. Both CUI Inc DC-DC converters series feature 3.5pF (typical) isolation capacitance and continuous short-circuit protection. The devices operate over a -40°C to +105°C temperature range.
