ULN200xA Darlington Transistor Arrays Diodes Inc. ULN200xA Darlington Transistor Arrays feature seven open collector common-emitter pairs with each pair rated at 500mA. These Arrays are designed with inputs compatible with popular logic types and output clamp diodes with high-voltage outputs rated up to 50V. ULN200xA devices are capable of driving a wide range of loads including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays filament lamps, thermal print-heads, and high-power buffers. Available in a small outline 16 pin package (SO-16), these devices include suppression diodes for inductive load driving with inputs and outputs pinned in opposition to simplify board layout.
