The metal plate terminal electrode in these devices offers excellent terminal strength. The SLN3 resistor has low T.C.R. available down to ±75 ppm with resistance tolerance as low as 0.5% and a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +180°C. The SLN3 is available in resistance values of 5mΩ to 110mΩ. The AEC-Q200-qualified SLN3 is a surface-mount type resistor with a flame-proof UL94v-0 molded case.
