3W Open Air Sense Resistors (OARS-3) The IRC / TT electronics 3W Open Air Sense Resistors (OARS-3) are economical metal alloy strip resistors. The SMT open air design provides cooler operation. The flameproof OARS-3 resistors feature a power rating of 3W @ 70°C (greater than 1 W rating for the 2512 pad design) and resistance values from 2mΩ to 15mΩ. In addition, the IRC / TT electronics 3W Open Air Sense Resistors (OARS-3) offer superior thermal expansion cycling, inductance less than 10 nanohenries, and flexible lead for thermal expansion.
