    Description
TSC200, TSC201, & TSC202 Amplifiers STMicroelectronics TSC200, TSC201, and TSC202 Amplifiers are high-side current sense amps producing analog voltage output. The amplifiers can sense current via a shunt resistor over a wide range of common-mode voltages, from -16V to 80V, no matter the supply voltage. The devices are available with an amplification gain of 20V/V for TSC200, 50V/V for TSC201, and 100V/V for TSC202. The STMicro TSC200, TSC201, and TSC202 integrate an open-drain comparator with an output latch function and an internal 0.6V voltage reference connected to its input. The external resistor divider can then set the switching threshold. These devices entirely operate over the broad supply voltage range of 2.7V to 18V and over the automotive temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
