The GRANIT spring tooth material was checked by spark spectrometry and hardness analysis, and the bending was checked in accordance with the DIN 11095 standard of August 1991. As a result of the test, it was determined that spring steel 46 Si 7 was used, and in the hardness analysis, HB 1 / 410 was determined as the average value.

In the latter case, the bend in the direction of travel was determined depending on the test load and the change in working depth.

The bending check showed completely flexible properties with no plastic deformation of the tooth.

In summary, excellent elastic behavior was confirmed. The high-quality spring steel used to produce the tooth is ideal for its application.
