Thanks to this, the chain is 30% more durable than the standard A series roller chain. Moreover, it has excellent parameters of fatigue strength and impact resistance, etc. They are forged on four sides, not on two sides, like typical A chains. Hardening makes the chains stronger and lasts longer. This process takes place under special supervision, thanks to which ideal parameters of the furnace and cooling liquid are ensured.

Precise grinding of the chain's cylindrical elements protects it against crushing and abrasion of the cylindrical elements.
