Standard vacuum pump BP
Part number: MEC9000M
EAN:
Unit: Art
Specifications:
MEC II series pumps are equipped with an automatic protection system. In this way, for example, you can protect the impeller and the impeller body in the event of a blade break by moving the impeller together with the mounting flange downwards. Pumps with a "ballast system", which can be identified by the B symbol at the end of the article number (e.g. MEC9000MB), have longer working time in vacuum mode.
The working time at a pressure of -0.95 bar ranges from 8 minutes (standard) to a maximum of 15 minutes. In the case of -0.6 bar, continuous operation is permitted.
MEC II series pumps are supplied as standard with durable (high temperature resistant) vanes
MEC II series pumps are equipped with a temperature display so that the temperature can be read during operation
Via inspection hole, it is possible to determine the state of wear of the blades, on the basis of which it is possible to determine when the blades should be replaced
Each pump is subjected to a final inspection at the factory, during which, among others, vacuum, sealing and lubrication
An inspection report is created for each pump based on the serial number
Application: These types of vane vacuum pumps are mainly used in agriculture for filling and emptying slurry tanks
Properties: These pumps can produce both overpressure and underpressure Technical information:
Structure of the article numbers: MEC = series, 9000 = type, M = intermediate drive 540 rpm, A = automatic lubrication, B = ballast system
For pumps without automatic lubrication (without "A" in the article number), the pump is equipped with with forced lubrication, regulated by drip nozzles
In the case of a pump with automatic lubrication, the lubricating oil quantity is factory set and cannot be changed without tools
In the case of forced lubrication, e.g. automatic lubrication, this function must be monitored at all times during operation
Pumps with indirect drive (M) must be driven counterclockwise
The direction of rotation is determined when the driven axle is directed towards the person looking at it
In the case of a direct drive of the pump (e.g. by means of a draft machine) it must be it is driven in a counterclockwise direction
Oil to be used to lubricate the blades: original BP oil (article number BP5070)
Benefits:
Minimum repair costs thanks to the unique automatic safety system
Because BP pumps are carefully tested, inspected and packaged, 100% reliable startup is guaranteed
