Radiator relocator cfmoto 850 1000 snorkel zygo

We present to you a set of radiator lifts for the CfMoto quad (850/1000) with a snorkel from ZYGO.

The riser is made of aluminum (magnesium alloy), which has been powder coated in matt black.

It is not a universal radiator riser, which can be made using various patents. we will adapt it to any quad (although it is probably possible), this is our own original mount that we designed especially for Odes and it is supposed to work and fit perfectly.

The main function of the radiator mount is to protect against overheating and mechanical damage to our cooling unit. Branches, mud and dirt will no longer get around the radiator, and the engine will run stably during extreme trips and expeditions. Additionally, the snorkel allows you to turn your vehicle into a diving machine. Another advantage of this accessory is the heating function in winter, the radiator cooling fans blow a pleasant dose of warm air to the driver.

The radiator relocator is standardly sold without our ZYGO logo in the left corner.

The set includes all the necessary elements for assembly and use.

- Rack with handles ,

- Snorkel in the premium version with reinforced hoses, the snorkel hoses are fireproof, smooth inside and in a nice gray color, (a cheaper version is available on another auction)

- Hoses, grommets, a set of screws, clamps and other things needed for assembly,

- Product card (thanks to it you will get access to the assembly instructions, in which everything is described step by step with photos)

The photo on the left does not show the product sold at auction. It is only for demonstration purposes. Powder coating protects the elements of the elevation against external conditions. When designing, we took care of such small details as the inscription and hose grommets. The elevation can be adjusted by several degrees as you wish, the snorkel does not limit the steering wheel movements in any way.

The installation of the elevation is assessed as intermediate.
