FLOAT LIQUID LEVEL SENSOR, STAINLESS STEEL
.
Size 400 mm
.
The sensor has a float with a magnet and a reed switch in the body.
.
The sensor has 2 wires. They are typically shorted in the lower position of the float.
The operation is very simple: when the liquid level is below the float, it is in the lower position, i.e. the output is shorted, the water level rising by the force of buoyancy lifts the float (the output is opened).
.
If we need the opposite effect, i.e. shorting the output in the upper position of the float, just remove the protection (circuit breaker) and simply turn the float on the guide pin.
.
You can also mount the sensor the other way round (rotate it 180 degrees) then the float works the other way round, i.e. in the lower position it is open.

Technical data:
- maximum operating voltage 50V DC/AC
- maximum operating current 0.3A
- material SUS304 steel
- operating temperature -10 to +100 degrees C
- maximum switched power 10W
- maximum liquid pressure 0.7Mpa
- cable length 25cm
.
Of course, you can use the sensor to control devices for higher voltages, e.g. 230VAC or 400VAC using an external contactor.
.
The sensor is brand new.
