WAGO installation connectors, thanks to their extremely small dimensions, are ideal for use in small spaces. They are much more convenient to install and facilitate any possible expansion of the installation. The 221 series installation connectors, designed for all types of wires, set new standards. Compared to the previous 222 series, they are 40% smaller and much easier to use. Transparent housing, thanks to which you can easily check whether the wires are correctly placed in the terminal and whether they are insulated to the correct length. Two easily accessible measuring holes, one from the side of the wire connection plane and the other, located on the opposite side, allow you to take measurements even with the wires connected. WAGO - 2-, 3- and 5-wire installation connectors are designed for the assembly of stranded wires with a cross-section of 0.14 - 4 mm² and solid and multi-wire wires with a cross-section of 0.2 - 4 mm². They can therefore be used to connect various types and cross-sections of wires. Thanks to the maximum nominal current of 32 A/450 V and the possibility of operating at a long-term permissible temperature of 105 °C, the installation connectors can be used at an ambient temperature of up to 85 °C (T85) for both small and larger receivers. ENEC and UL certificates confirm that the 221 series is approved for use on global markets.
