CHECKING AND FILLING DEVICE FOR HYDRO ACCUMULARS SKRAW-MET code: [2471] As a basic version, it meets many requirements. The VGUPKIT universal gas tester and filler is an irreplaceable device - this set can be used to fill bladder, diaphragm and piston accumulators.
It is used to check, filling and regulating the pre-pressure of diaphragm, piston and diaphragm accumulators.
To use it, screw it to the accumulator relief valve and connect the high-pressure hose to the nitrogen cylinder.
Application: Use of accumulator tools
Filling of accumulators after replacing the bladder
Periodic inspection of batteries before charging
Control of pre-charging of batteries during the installation phase
Change of pre-charge status of batteries
The complete control and filling device includes: a protective plastic case
control and filling device with a 6 mm Allen key
filling hose with a special connection matching the device (in the center of the case) approx. 2000mm with a G5/8' tip
adapter for a nitrogen cylinder

pressure gauge 63mm G1/4' 0-400 Bar
Use:Before each checking whether the gas pressure is changed, empty the tank.
The pressure set to the gas safety valve must not be higher than the maximum allowable working pressure of the accumulator.
Checking and reducing the gas pressure:In this case, no hose connection is required.
The device is equipped with a non-return valve that prevents gas from flowing through the hose connection. The spindle on the control and filling device should only be turned clockwise until the pressure gauge shows the pressure. The gas valve is then sufficiently open.
Increasing the gas pressure:When we want to increase the pressure, we must have a sufficient number of nitrogen cylinders with the appropriate pressure at our disposal.
If we do not have them, we can use a nitrogen charger to obtain the desired higher pressure.
It is essential to follow applicable safety regulations.
The nitrogen used should have a purity level of 99.8%, commonly available nitrogen meets this condition.
