OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:

Unlock the lock with the key and turn the lock housing 180°.

The key can only be removed in the open or closed position.

The lock is only operated from the outside. We strongly advise against locking the lock in the vehicle: escape routes/doors should remain open and easily accessible.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Unscrew the lock from the mounting plate: unlock the lock with a key and turn the lock housing 90° (installation position). Unscrew the 4 screws. The key cannot be removed in this position.

Attach the mounting plate to the door frame. This requires a 5mm gap between the door/hatch and the frame.

Mark 4 holes on the wall and two on the internal strip with a pen, or simply hold the plate on the wall and drill the holes. Make sure that the wall inside the vehicle is not damaged and that there is no furniture in the installation area.

To attach the screws to the inner strip, drill 2 holes with a 2 mm diameter drill bit.

To mount on the wall, pre-drill 4 holes with a 5.5 mm diameter drill bit.

Remove the mounting plate and remove drill chips, shorten the wall mounting screws to the appropriate length with a hacksaw, then screw the mounting plate to the side and to the wall.

Re-screw the lock to the mounting plate. .
