The MTCH652 offers an integrated compact boost convertor, which provides an easy-to-use solution for driving High Voltage (HV) outputs. The MTCH652 requires only a 3-wire serial interface, latch enable (LE), 2 capacitors, a PWM, and a small inductor. The PWM is used to drive the boost and allows flexibility in duty cycle and frequency. The selectable internal Soft Start limits initial in-rush currents, preventing system brown outs.
